Conditions of dispatch
Delivery is only possible to Germany and Austria.
Deliveries to packing stations are not possible.
Delivery time
After conclusion of the contract, the delivery of the parcel service articles in Germany takes place within 1-3 working days and in the case of forwarding articles within 7-9 working days, unless otherwise specified.
Our delivery time to Austria for parcel delivery items is 2-5 working days and for forwarding items 7-9 working days.
Please note that no delivery will take place on Sundays and public holidays.
For promotions such as seasonal offers, Black Friday or Christmas, we expect an increased order volume. However, we will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible, but there may be some delays.

Shipping costs
Germany:
For orders above €50.00 incl. VAT, we deliver free delivery within Germany.
If you order up to a value of €49.99 incl. VAT, the shipping costs will be:
Parcel service items (up to 31.5 kg): to €4.90 incl. VAT
Freight forwarding item (anything over 31.5kg): to €29.90 incl. VAT.
Austria:
Parcel service items (up to 31.5 kg):
€8.90 incl. VAT
Freight forwarding items (anything over 31.5kg): €79.90 incl. VAT

The delivery dates are agreed with the forwarding company.
Deliveries by freight forwarder are by agreement Monday to Friday.
Deliveries after 4 p.m. are not possible.
The orders placed in the shop require our express and written confirmation in order to be legally binding.
These stocks may vary at any time due to intermediate sale or error and are therefore not binding. All offers are valid while stocks last.
All products shown in our special item shop can only be ordered online. The prices stated also apply exclusively to orders placed in our shop.

Advance payment
After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the specified transfer data as well as the invoice amount to be transferred.
The order will be shipped after full payment has been received on our account.
