Description
The Scheppach DP60 Bench Pillar Drill combines professional-grade performance with modern design, making it an excellent choice for hobbyists and professionals alike. Powered by a 710 W motor and equipped with a 2-speed gearbox, it delivers infinitely adjustable speed and stable, wobble-free operation. The fixed workpiece positioning ensures far greater accuracy than a handheld drill—especially useful for repetitive tasks or working with tougher materials.
An integrated laser guide and LED work light provide pinpoint accuracy and clear visibility, even in dimly lit workshops. The 350 x 300 mm base plate ensures rock-solid stability during use, while the ergonomic handle can be mounted on either side, offering flexibility and comfort for all users.
- Powerful 710W Motor with 2-Speed Gearbox: Delivers adjustable speed from 170–2600 rpm for drilling into wood, steel, plastic, or tiles
- Digital Display & 100 mm Drilling Stroke: Allows precise speed control and accurate depth setting for consistent drilling results
- Integrated Laser & LED Light: Ensures maximum visibility and precision on every project
- Quick-Release Chuck (1.5–13 mm): Tool-free drill bit changes and firm clamping, even for round workpieces
- Sturdy 350 x 300 mm Base Plate: Provides wobble-free stability; adjustable chuck-to-base distance of up to 280 mm
Designed for precision across a wide range of materials, the DP60 excels at drilling into wood, metal, plastics, and even tiles. The digital depth display allows for easy and accurate adjustment, with a drilling depth of up to 100 mm—ideal for complex or multi-step tasks such as row drilling or countersinking.
Changing tools is quick and easy thanks to the keyless quick-release chuck, which accepts drill bits from 1.5 mm to 13 mm. Capable of drilling holes up to 40 mm in wood and 13 mm in steel, the DP60 also includes a quick-release clamp to secure both flat and round workpieces for improved accuracy and user safety.
The two-speed gearbox offers enhanced control depending on the application. First gear (170–880 rpm) provides high torque for harder materials, while second gear (490–2600 rpm) is ideal for fast, clean drilling in softer materials. The DP60 combines power, precision, and usability, making it a reliable addition to any home or professional workshop.
